Products of proper quality

Under the List approved by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.03.1994, perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return. This is a legal requirement common to all cosmetics sellers.

Defective products

If you received a defective item, damaged packaging or a wrong item — contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the product or refund you at our expense under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Please attach photos and your order number to speed things up.

Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is approved.
