Public offer agreement

This document is an official proposal (public offer) by ФОП [повна назва — уточнюється власником, реквізити не підтверджено] ([РНОКПП/ЄДРПОУ — уточнюється власником], [юридична адреса — уточнюється власником]) — the "Seller" — to conclude a sale contract for goods presented on this website, under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".

1. Subject

The Seller transfers ownership of the ordered Flormar products to the Buyer, and the Buyer accepts and pays for them under this agreement.

2. Acceptance

Placing an order on the website (confirming the order) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia, taxes included. Payment is made online via WayForPay or as cash on delivery. The price effective at the time of ordering is fixed in the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery is performed by the carrier chosen by the Buyer at checkout. Terms and fees are listed on the "Delivery & payment" page. Risk passes to the Buyer upon receipt.

5. Returns

Return terms are described on the "Returns & exchange" page and comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and CMU Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994.
